Seeing you on campus,I often think back to my high school days,It was one of the most memorable moments of my life,I was competitive and stubborn,Always expect the best,But often worry about not doing well enough,Also facing the big exam nervous anxiety,Remorse when you don't get a good grade,I feel ashamed of my parents' expectations and teachers' efforts。

然而,Until you got to college,I deeply realized that "heaven is beyond heaven.,There are people out there.",The highlight moments that I used to be proud of are everywhere among my classmates,And achievement is only one of many indicators of ability,A person's strong body, strong mental quality,The state of thought and the level of cognition,That's what keeps us going。

So today we're going to talk about how to be mentally strong。The so-called psychological quality is our psychological ability to bear and adapt when facing difficulties。When we are facing some difficulties, setbacks, failures and even blows, if we can keep calm, confident and optimistic, then we can overcome the difficulties faster and better and win。

To strengthen our hearts, we must first learn to accept our emotions。Emotions are messengers, and every letter comes from our hearts, reflecting our inner needs。Feeling sad may be that you need company and help, anger may be that your expectations have not been met, you strongly want to change;Repression may be protecting yourself to avoid conflict。When we understand the emotion, accept the emotion, see the need to convey the emotion, and respond in an appropriate way, the emotional messenger will also leave。

At the same time, we notice that the emotions and behaviors generated in the face of difficulties are closely related to our beliefs。Even when faced with the same test results, everyone will have different reactions。It's the irrational beliefs that cause a lot of our emotional distress。比如,If you think of this exam as a fateful test,Failure in exams means failure in life,That's bound to lead to depression,Lose morale;If the examination as a stage of learning to detect, promote learning methods,You'll be more at peace with the outcome,Draw lessons from,Both see their gain,And find things that can be improved。So, try to adjust your cognition, think out of the box, from a positive perspective to look at the exam, look at the setbacks you face, you will have a great deal to do。

In my middle school days, there is an old saying that has always been the spiritual pillar that supports me through the darkest moments, "So the day will drop the great responsibility on the people also, must first suffer their mind, strain their bones, starve their body, empty their body, and do what they do, so the patience, has benefited it can not.。"Now give to you, and may you be able to overcome difficulties.。

Finally, and most importantly, you have to recognize yourself。Maybe this is your first exam in a new school, and as the exam becomes more difficult, your score is not as good as you expect, which is normal。When you learn new knowledge and skills, you must go through repeated practice and experience numerous setbacks, just as when we practiced walking as a child, we gradually walked well in various bumps and bruises, and slowly learned in continuous mistakes。
